Rights of parents to visit their children are a sacred, precious privilege, to be enjoyed by all parents. The U.S. Constitution provides due process and equal protection clauses recognizing a fundamental right to family integrity, protecting the private ordering of interpersonal relationships from state intrusion. State interference does not provide a prejudicial Judge the ability to disobey the law, your constitutional rights or put their bias or political agenda ahead of these precious laws.
Thomas Jefferson warned that judges, always eager to expand their own jurisdiction, would "twist and shape" the Constitution "as an artist shapes a ball of wax."
